
Freight Costs & Other Questions Answered:
We would like to keep these costs, charges and issues at a minimum for our customers.
Local:
$5.00 (including Tennant Creek, remote communities and stations)
Interstate:
$9.50 up to 3kg in Air Express Satchel
Please note: Should your items weigh more or be larger than the satchel required
we shall email you any additional costs prior to completing your order to gain
approval.
International:
$25 up to 1250g
Additional costs per product based on weight.
Your merchandise will be sent "Economy Airmail" via Australia Post
and will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks.
Airmail: Should you wish for your merchandise to go via airmail please
send us your order via email (i.e.do not use shopping cart). We will then calculate
the costs, inform you and you can let us know whether to proceed at that time
and issue us your credit card details. sales@donthomas.com.au.
The merchandise will then take approximately 7 to 10 days.
Insurance: Postal insurance is not included when shopping online. Should
you wish for you merchandise to travel with postal insurance please send us
your order via email (i.e.do not use shopping cart). We will then calculate
the costs, inform you and you can let us know whether to proceed at that time

Out of Stock Product
You will be notified at the time of ordering if a product is out of stock. We
will advise by email, the expected delivery time. Please note that your order
will only be delivered in full when all products are available.
Currency Conversion
Don Thomas will charge your credit card in Australian dollars. Your Credit Card
company does the conversion to your currency on the day they process the transaction.
Import Duty & Taxes
Please note that prices do not include additional charges such as import duties
or taxes imposed by your importing country. These charges are the responsibility
of the customer. For further details on these charges, please contact your local
Customs Department.
Refunds& Exchanges
Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, Don Thomas will exchange
the product within 30 days of the date on your receipt. Incorrectly ordered
goods will incur additional freighting costs, please include your receipt
when returning the goods.( Please ensure the product is in its original condition
and packaging and is in a resaleable condition) Where a replacement is required,
your credit card will be charged for the additional freighting costs and any
customs clearance charges for clearance into Australia.
Should your goods be faulty, Don Thomas will refund or exchange the
product within 30 days of the date on your receipt. Faulty goods will be replaced
freight free, please include your receipt when returning the goods. Don Thomas
will refund your credit card or provide a replacement to the value of the refund.
Where a replacement is required, your credit card will be charged for the additional
freighting costs and any customs clearance charges for clearance into Australia.
